Contact and feedback

Counts describe saved records matching filters within authorized scope. Keywords, time ranges, public access, page limits, deduplication, partial collection and deletion can differ from platform totals. Projects or brands can overlap; adding them is not a total for the whole platform.

Counts, deduplication and sample limits

These depend on source configuration, availability and collection state. There is no universal refresh interval or deadline for first results. Check Data sources and Monitoring plan; a time that is not provided is unknown.

Update frequency and first results

Sentiment shares use the classified-discussion denominator stated on the page. Unknown and unanalyzed records are separate from neutral; shares cannot be computed without an available denominator. References are separate from discussion, and samples do not represent the entire market.

Sentiment and unknown values

Content comes from configured public platforms such as Douyin and Xiaohongshu, websites, news or industry material; imported feedback may also be included. Actual coverage follows the project sources, saved records and stated gaps. Availability is not guaranteed for every platform.

Where data comes from

Published time describes when content appeared on the platform; collected time describes when it was saved or observed. Old content can be collected later. Missing source times stay unknown. Use the time basis and time zone stated on each page.

Published and collected time

Check the original context first, then use an available correction action or report the problem with the post, interpretation and expected result. Automated interpretations are not verified facts.

What if sentiment or analysis is wrong?

Ask a workspace administrator to configure a channel, recipients and the weekly report event in Report notifications, then check the enabled state and delivery records. Delivery is optional; saving a configuration, generating a report and successful delivery are separate states.

How can I deliver reports to colleagues?

This product shows saved samples matching the current scope. Platform visibility, collection limits, keywords, time ranges, deduplication and deletion can affect results. Partial collection is not complete coverage.

Why do counts differ from the platform?

Check that a source is configured, enabled and connected. Then inspect whether collection has not run, is in progress, is partial or failed, and whether keywords and the time range match content. First-result timing depends on the source. Existing saved data remains readable.

Why is there no data after creating a project?

Saving posts, analysis and topic discovery are separate steps. Usable analysis or related discussions may be insufficient, or a status filter may hide topics. Check original posts and analysis state, then the topic filters.

Why are there posts but no discussion topics?

Workspace owners and administrators can use the project wizard and source management. Other roles can read the checklist and help; ask a workspace administrator when access is insufficient. Member actions in Monitoring plan follow the capabilities available on that page.

Who can create projects and enable sources?

Check the actual configuration and run state in Data sources and Monitoring plan. Sources can differ. Unverified timing remains unknown; real-time updates are not universally promised.

How often does data update?

Review public updates in Competitor intelligence, compare saved evidence and explore products and references. Reference material is separate from discussion; samples are not total market share.

Understand competitors

Start at the workbench for changes, then review the monitoring feed, alerts and dispositions. Dispositions and follow-ups record owners and outcomes; completion does not mean revenue.

What to review each day

Explore discussion topics in Market insights, then check sources, parent relationships and publication times in original posts. Platform distribution, trends and authors describe the current sample.

Explore discussion topics and original posts

Review purchase-intent candidates, check original evidence, then use leads or customer follow-up to record an owner, next step and actual outcome. An intent classification is not a sale.

Find and follow up opportunities

Monitoring reports show saved content in the selected scope. Analysis reports and analysis snapshots are separate report pages. Administrators configure channels and events in Report notifications; a configuration does not prove delivery.

Reports and delivery

Create a listening project through Getting started, then configure sources. Project settings also include analysis objects and report notifications. Workspace settings manage members and permissions.

Projects and data sources

An interpretation of sentiment, classification, topic or intent in an original post. Analysis can be wrong; unanalyzed and unknown do not mean neutral.

Analysis

Dispositions record how a team handles information; My follow-ups focuses on the current owner. Status and completion records do not prove business returns.

Disposition and My follow-ups

Possible inquiry or buying signals in original posts that require human review. They are not sales.

Purchase intent

A person or account worth reviewing or contacting. Follow-up outcomes are recorded separately.

Lead

The keywords, accounts and source arrangements watched for a project. Page filters only read saved data and do not change the plan.

Monitoring plan

A saved post, comment, reply or feedback record. It is evidence, retaining its source and available parent relationships.

Post (original)

Stores the brand or subject, market, time range and associated data sources. Creating a project does not start collection.

Listening project

A configured collection input describing its platform, target and enabled state. Current availability is shown on the Data sources page.

Data source

A group of related discussions whose evidence can be inspected. It differs from the keywords used to find content.

Discussion topic

A value was not provided or cannot currently be determined. Unknown does not mean zero, full coverage or neutral.

Unknown

The permission boundary for members and data. Switching workspaces changes the available content and configuration.
